# Guides

> Step-by-step guides for the integrations teams build with the Tomorro Public API

The Tomorro Public API lets you exchange data between Tomorro and the tools your teams already use: CRM, ERP, data warehouse, automation platform or internal app.

Each guide below covers one integration end to end:

* **For the business owner**: what the integration does, the few decisions to make, and a short checklist. No technical skills needed.
* **For IT**: the flows, the exact API calls, and a working example built with a no-code tool.

## Scope your own integration

Start from the end goal (*what should this automation achieve?*) and describe it as a simple **Trigger → Action → Data** flow:

* **Trigger**: the event that starts the automation, in Tomorro or in your tool.
* **Action**: what should happen as a result, in the other system.
* **Data**: the fields exchanged, and in which direction.
